The practice began in 2019 with a vision of transforming work, home and community spaces to enhance well-being, welcome peace, and create positive social impact.

We influence and change how working relationships are formed and sustained, how conflicts are addressed, and the ways in which well-being is affected in organizations, on teams and within persons.

At our core, is the interactivity of the whole - person, team and systems. We offer personalized and integrative approaches to fundamental and meaningful change taking into consideration four Sustainable Development Goals as outlined by the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Health & Well-being

We promote healthy lives and well-being for all at all ages.

Peace, Justice & Strong Institutions

We promote peaceful and inclusive organizations and societies for sustainable development.

Quality Education

We ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.

Gender Equality

We advocate for gender equality and empower all women and girls.

I am a certified Executive, Leadership and Team Coach, and a Mediator, with a focus on designing team engagements, enhancing well-being, and sustaining creative futures.

I offer clients a range of learning modalities, facilitation, leadership, and services drawing on my experiences in large complex organizations both as an entrepreneur and an intrapreneur creating system change. My clients value my ability to remain compassionate, energizing, and supportive while challenging and strengthening their mental models to make continual progress towards creative and actionable ways forward.

I specialize in helping leaders connect with aspects of their well-being, find fulfillment, perform, learn, and grow holistically both in their professional and personal lives. I apply my training in Compassion, Focusing, Internal Family Systems, Mediation, and Positive Intelligence to go even deeper with my clients in a thoughtful and immersive way.
