Clarity, with care.

In leadership, in conflict, and in the moments where decisions carry weight.

“Clarity is not the absence of complexity. It is the discipline of staying with it.

Leaders are often asked to move quickly. My work creates space for deliberate thinking, sound decisions, and sustainable trust, especially in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.

Every day is a new day to be a better version of who you are and who you are becoming. The same is true for your business and your team.”

Amanda Calzolaio

Founder

We partner with family businesses, small- to medium-sized enterprises, and mission-driven organizations during moments of transition, growth, and increasing complexity or pressure.

The value of partnership

When people find themselves in high-stakes situations - conflict, pressure, decisions that carry weight - they don’t always show up as their best selves.

And when the right conditions are created - clarity, supportive structures, and care - people are capable of thinking differently, listening differently, and choosing differently.

My work is about creating those conditions.

Not so that everyone agrees.
Not so that everything feels easy.

But so that people can move forward in a way that is clearer, more grounded, and more aligned than where they began.

What I often see, at the end of these moments, is not perfection - but a shared shift.

A shared understanding.
A shared sense of progress.
And, at times, a quiet sense of relief - even joy - that something difficult has been worked through, and that a new place has been reached, together.

About the Founder

Amanda works with leaders and teams navigating transition, growth, and increasing complexity or pressure - where clarity becomes difficult to hold, stakes are high, and the path forward is not immediately clear.

After 20 years of leading teams, developing leaders and engaging audiences, she brings an integrative approach that strengthens decision quality, trust, and confidence under pressure, helping leaders and teams to move forward with clarity and a shared understanding of how to work together. She has partnered with 400+ leadership teams, business owners, successors, and mid-level management across industries including education, healthcare, government, manufacturing, social services, and technology, supporting organizations where human dynamics and business decisions are deeply intertwined.

Throughout her career, she has curated innovative initiatives and learning focused experiences. A former leader of two $10M+ philanthropic gifts, she has extensive leadership experience in healthcare, mental health and in higher education.

Clients and partners describe her as a grounded presence in complex rooms, someone who creates the conditions for honest conversation, shared understanding, and renewed confidence in how people work together.

Where innovation and learning meet, and play serves a purpose, you will find her. She doesn’t offer formulas or one-size-fits-all solutions. Each situation is different. Her work adapts to what’s actually happening in the room, helping people face the truth with care and courage, and move forward together.

Outside of work, you’ll find her building community, spending time in nature and with the arts, and with her family and friends.

Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Management of Innovation and a Bachelor of Honors in Psychology and Human Behavioral Biology, now Neuroscience, from the University of Toronto. Amanda is a trained Mediator who holds the Professional Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation, and the Proficiency in Focusing Award, where she is an Associate Member of The International Focusing Institute.
